Formerly part of the Prideaux Estate, Ballaminers House (built circa 1830), was originally the farmhouse to a fully functional 100 acre livestock farm. Located in a quiet elevated position, Ballaminers House offers views over the village of Little Petherick and the surrounding countryside and is situated only two miles south of Padstow.
The house is built of traditional mellow toned Cornish stone. Other original features include Delabole slate floors covering the ground floor rooms, window shutters to the reception rooms and attractive window seats are to be found throughout the house.
