Reach Little Petherick from the Wadebridge direction drive through St Issey which merges with Little Petherick. In Little Petherick drive over small bridge with Old Mill House on your left , pass a row of cottages on the left side of the road to the last one which is white washed with distinctive blue painted windows. This is Ball Cottage which sits on the corner of an unmarked lane. Turn left here up the lane and continue, you will see Ballaminers House on your right ,a double fronted stone farmhouse with slate house sign on the garden wall. Directly next to the house on the left is the entrance leading to Ballaminers House , Stable and Diary Cottages. Our car park and large field will be found at the top of the entrance drive.
