Stable Cottage

Stable Cottage is an 18th century former stable which has been meticulously restored and converted into a small private luxury cottage, offering comfortable and modern accommodation with a warm relaxed touch with one double and one twin bedroom.

The cottage has the benefit of an enchanting patio garden, with a table for al fresco eating or the perfect spot for a quiet read and a glass of wine. You will find the cottage tucked away on a leafy lane in the picturesque village of Little Petherick, and only a pebble’s throw away from not one but eight stunning coastal beaches.

Enjoy true country living by strolling in the 3.5 acres of private meadows with your four-legged friend or prepare a Cornish picnic.

The Master bedroom with a quality double bed to guarantee you good nights sleep. Wake up to a light and airy room with double doors leading to the enchanting patio garden.
The twin bedroom offers two comfortable single beds (can be converted to a double if required) and vintage washbasin and chest of drawers, which lead directly out to a courtyard.

All linen is fine Indian cotton. Bath and hand towels are provided along with a few useful items from the Cornish Soap Company. And when you arrive there is welcome selection of coffee, tea and biscuits.

The bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms and offers a separate shower cubicle, toilet and a bath.

The Sitting room has an abundance of character being a former stable to the farm, this large light room incorporates the well equipped kitchen area with high ceiling and original wooden beams and reclaimed wide wooden flooring. The wood burner in the centre of the room and the French doors leading onto the patio is the perfect slice of charming country life.

We understand not everyone enjoys an unplugged paradise, so you can easily connect to the Wi-Fi. There is also private parking.

Please note, all children, babies and well-behaved dogs are very welcome at Ballaminers House.
